Welcome to our April Art Philosophy/Artiste Blog Hop!
As you know, both the Artiste and the Art Philosophy cartridges are available exclusively through a Close to My Heart consultant. If you don't already have a Consultant that you are currently working with, please contact one the Consultants in our hop with any questions
you have!
If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Lucy's blog – Love 2Create. If you came from Michelle of My Flights of Fancy then you are in the right place!
Our challenge this month features not only one of these amazing cartridges but we also have a Mother's Day theme since Mother's Day is less than a month away.
Have you started your Mother's Day projects yet?
For this hop I decided to do two projects... because I have two mothers ( my birth mom and my mother-in-law ). Both projects using the Country-Born stamp set, the Claire paper pack, and the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.
This little purse card was made using page 58, I added some Outdoor Denim ribbon, Blue Assortment buttons, and before I give it away I will use a Hook & Loop Dot to hold it together.
For the inside of my card I cut out this "Happy Mothers Day" using page 74 at size 1".
This purse was made using page 35. It was so easy to add the large Outdoor Denim flower from the Claire Assortment, as well as the Green & Blue Epoxy Bubble, and a few Bitty Sparkles.
I just love the way this Cricut Cartridge gives you the size you need so you always make the purse the right size!!
This is one of my favorite projects to do, because it is so easy to fold and assemble! A wonderful gift in a snap :)
Here is the complete
lineup in case you get lost along the way:
