Bigger and Better!

This Saturday is the first Scrapbook Club of the year.... so excited! So I have spent part of the day today getting things ready. This year is going to be bigger and better than last year!!

We will be getting to know each other a little better!!

We will also be doing a fun drawing each month. Raffle tickets will be handed out for different thing... coming to the club each month, being on time, bringing a snack to share, and donating a layout to Legacy Layouts.

Even though this is a crop club, we will also be doing some small projects as a group to help learn new techniques.

This is a fun group of ladies to scrap with.... we still have 2 spots open! Come join the fun!!

A card just incase!

I find that having cards that can be for any occasion handy, makes life easier! A home made card sometimes means the world to people. Just because you didn't make it just for them when you made it, doesn't mean that it wasn't just for the when the time was right :) This could be a birthday card, get well, thinking of you, love you, congrats... the uses are endless!

This card was made using one of my favorite 5.5x4.25 size card design (Simple Expression) found in my CTMH Wishes book. This book is one of the card confidence program books. The paper I used is Miracle, which will be making a wonderful return in the new catalog available Feb. 1st. The colors used in this paper pack is: Bamboo, Crystal blue, and Sweet leaf. Another sneak peak at what wonderful and beautiful things to come is the stamp set that was used for this card.... look for it in April!
